The State of Colorado has requirements for Apprentice Education and Continuing Education. At Empowered Electrical Education, our goal is to make the required education affordable and accessible to anyone, anywhere.

This package includes all three semesters and the required textbooks. The NEC code Book, which is also required, can be added in the form below if needed.

The most accelerated, affordable & convenient course in Colorado!

This is an accelerated 18-month course that meets the State of Colorado’s requirements. The weekly interactive course is conveniently available in our virtual classroom. This allows students the opportunity to join our class and interact with the instructor and other students in real-time.

The Virtual Classroom

With a PC, laptop or tablet, students can join our weekly evening class from the comfort of their home or office. We utilize a state-of-the-art Learning Management System. All online courses and tests are administered through this system. We also have live recordings if a student can not attend the live course.

Live Interactive Polling

We also utilize an audience participation platform that allows our instructor to ask questions that our students can respond to with a smart device in real-time. This allows for great interaction and keeps students involved and interested.

Timeline

Our Apprenticeship Education Course is an 18-month course, broken into three six month semesters. We meet the required 288 hours of classroom education by joining one evening a week from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This class has been a great accomplishment for me and something that I am very proud of. I honestly don’t know how I would have ever passed the Journeyman's Test without taking this class. I thoroughly enjoyed every Thursday night class and couldn’t wait for the following week. Ryans an incredible teacher and thanks to him I know how to find anything I need in the code book. But what really stands out is his approach to class. The first thing we do every week is address anything that came up at work that we had questions about. Whether it was about interpretation of the code or how to make an existing installation safe, he always made sure we had time to discuss our questions. It may be an online class but you feel like you're a part of a community.
